Would You Please Tell Me?

I was sad yesterday.Downbeat and depressed. Why?Did something bad happen with me?Did I have any physical or financial problem?Did I not have sufficient sleep the previous night? The one and the only answer to all these questions is- 'No.' Today I am happy.Energetic and brimming with joy. Why?Has something very good happened with me?Have I succeeded in achieving something great?Have I solved all my problems? Again the one and the only answer to all these questions is-'No.' Then why was I so depressed yesterday? And why am I so happy today?Would you please tell me?

Is this happening a lot? If so, it could be just mood swings. An imbalance maybe? Happy days are to be treasured huh? Is it bothering you a lot friend?

@else34 Yes I imagine you are very healthy because I know you work and walk far. Well, yes, if it happens again then maybe consult. Are you younger or older Jaishankar? This is baffling to happen.

@TiarasOceanView I'm 29 now.Now I think it happened perhaps due to mental exertion.Construction of our new house is underway and I have to help my father.

@TiarasOceanView No,this is the first time I have this feeling.I still have no idea as to why it happened. There was no reason to cry or smile. If it happens again, then I would see my doctor. My health is good, perhaps the best among my friends.

@Hatley But I have no physical problem.Neither physical, nor mental. Is there a relation between our health and mood swing?

It happens at time that we do not feel our very best everyday. Maybe something is bothering you. Try to find out what it is. Think positively and surround yourself with positive people

@else34 it will be preferable for you to go and visit a doctor if this continues. Those kinds of feelings can affect our daily activities. Or were you feeling like that because the weekend got over

@else34 Then let´s hope that whatever depressed you stops. Sometimes we don´t know the causes of what happens to us.

@marguicha No,I'm sure it had nothing to do with weather conditions. It has been extremely hot for more than a month. If I was depressed due to hot weather, then how did the same hot weather turned me happy the very next day?

Honestly, only you know why. And sometimes, even we don't know why we feel a certain way. Hope things stay well for you.

@Courtlynn Exactly. It sometimes becomes very very difficult to understand why we are upbeat or downbeat and depressed. That's why I'm taking it easy.

@else34 it's good that you are taking it easy. You don't need to think a lot why it happened until it starts happening again and again. In that conditions I will suggest you to consult a doctor.
