Is doing nothing a good use of your time?

I think it is good to do nothing every once in a while.Especially if you have been busy. I think it helps both physically and mentally.Especially if you have got the right person to nothing with.

Doing nothing is/can be fun!

I will probably run errands, collect up materials needed to do a project. I like the lazy days of just laying around reading, sometimes we need these days.

Sometimes doing nothing is just right.

It's Wednesday and it's sunny today, sunny and extremely cold, there is ice on the roads.

This afternoon (it's evening now) I did the same as you, namely nothing. I sat in an armchair and stared holes in the air. It did me good.

Yes, it is good for our health. That is when we don't overdo it and become lazy.

I sometimes do nothing because I don't know how to start, I feel lack of motivation or lack of ability, for example, assignments in the subject operating systems, that I learn now. It is the 4th time I repeat that course and I can't even start doing the first assignment, I don't know how to start. I'm afraid of all of the technical details I will have to figure out, the lack of ability to check what happens and how to track it... That is why I stayed in bed 15 hours 2 days ago. I just didn't want to do anything with myself. If being lazy comes from this reasons, than, it brings consequences that I don't want, like a failure. If I feel motivation to do something, than I will not be lazy and I will like doing what I want. I went to dance Israeli Folk Dances 15 hours ago, for 4 hours. That was fun, I participated in almost all of the dances, and I had a lot of fun. Still, it required some money, and I didn't study, that will also has a consequence that I don't want, but, at least I felt good.

At office working like donkey, whole day and will go home and sleep like bear thats my life

Well, I had that root canal at about noon and it went really well, still no pain from the drilling and stuff, but wow, was it expensive! I took it easy the rest of the day and finished my book too.

Yesterday was laundry day, and I worked on my book.

I don't have much to do but is good to do something.

There is much to do that we cannot afford to be doing nothing.
