Recapping here: @Webeishere a person who used to be active on the Lot was rushed by ambulance to the hospital New Year's Eve. He had very high blood pressure. Tests revealed a brain tumor the size of a marble and lung cancer. The brain tumor was removed yesterday. His daughter says it went well.
Today at 9:30 a.m. myLot time he will have another MRI, then surgery is scheduled on his lungs at 1:30.
I will update here, and on the myLot alumni page on Facebook. Mandy Olson-Forbear, his daughter will update on her page on Facebook and says those interested can follow her. They of course have not said anything about the findings on the brain tumor and will not yet.
If you are not interested, that is okay. You do not have to respond. This is essentially my bulletin board today.
UPDATE--I had some stuff wrong. From Mandy on the FB group: Hes getting the tumor removed at 130 we dont know much about the lungs yet gonna get more info today about that. Hes doing better cause they got blood pressure down and the swelling of the brain down.
UPDATE--he seems to be doing well. I cannot write more. My Bob is in a hospital. I am headed back there.

@GardenGerty I am sure they can remove the brain tumor,a bout lungs cancer it's another matter.

i hope the brain tumor is all removed through surgery. i hope the lung cancer can still be treated.

They will also do radiation I think the daughter said. He had a PETscan today to learn about the rest of it. This brain tumor was giving him lots of trouble.
