Tomatoes in my Garden

Today morning,
I went to my garden to see,
What gifts nature has in store for me.
The tomatoes looked big and red,
Ready to be harvested.
Well I generally do my garden chores on Sunday. Today I harvested these yummy tomatoes and made chutney (an Indian dessert) for lunch.
I also pruned some flower plants and cut the branches of allamanda. As it is winter, the leaves are turning yellow and don’t look that good. So, a gentle trimming is required.

Those tomatoes look well fed. I have several alamanda plants all over my garden including our terrace.

@Sheali I have both yellow and purple but the purple are smaller in size.

@allknowing Ok.. Yaa the pinks are smaller.. Hold on is it pink or purple.. Maybe I didn't see the color while buying carefully..

Yes, I actually had sown the seeds of a tomato we ate. It took a few months for the plant to grow and finally give us these edible gifts.. Thanks sooooo much for reading all my posts and commenting...
