Eating late at night. Yay or nay / myLot

Have you had any experience from eating late at night. Ate late last night and was using the loo through out the night,it seem the food didn't sit well in me and I'm suspecting the lateness. Wouldn't try this again. Have you any experience of this?

yes, they say eat your biggest meal in the middle of the day!! This helps my stomach and acid reflux!!

i always eat late at night.
