Eating Fried Foods with Chili Pepper

Various types of fried foods in Indonesia, ranging from fried tempeh, fried tofu, fried banana to fried cassava. Lots of choices on street foods and the price are very cheap. You can enjoy fried food with a variety of sauce choices. Some chose to use sauce, some chose to use soy sauce and some chose to use chili pepper directly. My favorite is eating fried foods while chewing chili pepper directly while my friends prefer eating fried foods with sauce. But both taste great!! The taste of spicy and savory fries blends in the mouth and tastes very delicious. @Dextoi I hope I try your sambal. When I visit Philippines I cant eat any spicy foods because I got appendicitis back days and can't eat spicy at all.

Agree. I have a lot of fav sauces .. my fav will be spicy sauce.
