Earlier today, I found the classic (if something from 1988 can be called classic?) sci-fi film "They Live". If you've never heard of it, but want to look it up, it's a John Carpenter flick. It's about a drifter who comes into possession of special sunglasses that allow him to see the true faces of aliens who roam the earth in human disguises. Some people might actually call it a "sci-fi-horror" movie, but to me it's about as "scary" as the MIB (Men In Black) franchise, lol. Caution: It does have sporadic bad language.

I saw this movie in 1988. I thought it was interesting. I found it on demand on my cable provider so my husband could see the movie. He knew of Roderick George Toombs aka Roddy Piper.
