Monday Rolls Around Again

Happy Monday everyone!! it's a cloudy day here with intermittent showers expected. Yesterday was a total washout but since I didn't have much to do outside it didn't matter much.
I took yesterday off from the computer and enjoyed a Sunday of relaxing. My daughter and I had a nice day together and we had take-out for dinner which was nice.
Today life is back to normal.
She went to the eye doctor to pick up her new glasses and then she's going to stop at Sams Club to pick up a few things we need.
Tonight we're having pasta with probably Texas Toast which is always a good side for a meatless dish. Not fancy but good just the same.
Wish I had some exciting news to share but I don't.
But, I can pass on some smiles for today

And a big smile right back at you! It was raining here yesterday but today just grey clouds. Tomorrow is going to be sunny so I will do all the washing tomorrow morning! I have made a chicken casserole for dinner this evening so that should be nice, warming and filling!

It seems like it is raining everywhere but here. We are in a drought and have had almost no rain for a month. Today is sunny as well. I prefer drought to excessive rain though.

Our days are very similar. Waited all day for the showers but they haven’t arrived and it’s in the 70’s. The nights have been cool for sleeping with the windows opened. Love that!. Yesterday, I spent the afternoon reading and stuffing my face with a bag of Doritos. Tonight it’s pasta, meatballs, and a salad.
Smiles right back at ya!

I had a snacky weekend but I'm blaming it on the weather. Today it was 80 degrees so the a/c is back on.
Our dinners are similar except I was too lazy to make meatballs

@Marilynda1225 It’s 74 degrees right now and I have the fireplace on. 
. Oh, to be in Florida.
My meatballs were made by me and frozen a couple of weeks ago. Easy peasy!

It's good to take days off from gadgets and relax with family and friends. 
I kept myself away from online world for almost two weeks. Though I missed a lot here in online world, I felt so much grounded and connected to myself.
