Fasting today

Since I’m having trouble with stomach ache and back ache, Doctor prescribed me an Ultrasound today, that means I started fasting last night. Last night, during my Dialysis they did not want me to eat coz the Doctor did not advise us, I end up checking sugar level and if it’s below they injected me a D12 meds to level up my sugar.
At the moment I’m starving already but needed to wait until the Ultrasound is done.

As soon as the ultrasound is done, you will be able to eat a sandwich and maybe a doughnut. A little milk would make your stomach feel better.

Fasting for testing makes it harder when the procedure is delayes. My father had a colonoscopy with fasting on the night before. The procedure started at 10 am.

@JustBhem that is the problem when you avail of the services of a government hospital. My father was a war veteran so it is the Veteran's hospital for his medical needs.
