Now the Doctors are discouraging me to have my PD. They told us about all the possibilities during my PD operation which worries me coz they will include putting a hole in my neck for the airways to come out which is I’m afraid I can’t take it.
So since the outbreak begun, all operation are suspended, no available ICU and some of the patients are advising to go home for home medication.
Do you think I should go with the PD operation?
Please I really like your thoughts on this.

To be honest, I don't know anything about that operation and even with the dialysis, it is new to me. But I wish that you will have the right judgment on that.

Bhem, I know you're scared and worried but it's pointless asking myLot members for their opinion. None of us are experts in these matters. You need to trust your physicians and/or your gut instincts. Sending prayers that things will work out okay.

The decision of the PD surgery sounded quite hopeful, at first. Not required to go to the hospital every week, for hours of treatments. Now, I question whether that operation is a good idea. Why would you need a hole in your neck, for breathing? This sounds harsh to me.

@JustBhem I thought a breathing tube would go into your mouth and down your throat.
