Tomorrow will be an unusual day for little old me

Its going to be kind of busy, considering the Virus stuff. First thing I will take hubby to the office cause he goes in on Fridays now. After I drop him off I will go to the feed store and buy chicken food.
The rest of the day will be pretty usual until right before I pick hubby up from work. I will first go meet our friend who is also a contractor. Home Depot is not good enough for him when it comes to flooring. No way. He says he has an in with the best floor covering sellers in town. We'll get better flooring at a decent price. BUT that flooring will still cost hundreds of dollars. Yikes. I will enjoy picking out what color and pattern I want, though. Going to feel like the queen walking into that store- maybe I should wear my fake pearls when I go there??
After that hubby and I will go to a friend's house for pizza. We have not done that since???? She's a fun person. I need the laughs. Our exciting Friday and exciting date night! We'll live it up for sure.

@sallypup gee, I also love ducks. I have been buying a duckling from time to time when I was a boy. But I was not able to make it grow.

I don't think I have anything major planned today. I'm going to evaluate a large bid I received at work, but other than that I think (hope!) it will be a quiet day at work. I plan to work from home. Oh, and I have a doctor's appointment around lunch time. But other than that, should be a pretty quiet day for me.

@sallypup I have been super careful whenever I am out in public, and I wear my mask at all times, as well as wash my hands and use hand sanitizer every chance I get.

@JudyEv Good question. I am replacing flooring in my current home- with a huge but. My current home is about 1,600 square feet. I can not afford to replace all the floors. The bedroom's fun rugs will stay the way they are. I wanted to do all of the front rooms- living room, dining room and kitchen. Turned out we can't afford that. So we are doing half- mostly the living room. It will just have to do.

@andriaperry I should have brought two sets of pearls. The flooring is going to cost toward a thousand and that will be putting new cloth on an old patch or however the bible said it.
