Looking for work in Indonesia is very difficult. You are required to compete with thousands of other applicants just to get one place in a company. Skills and experience are not a priority, but you must have acquaintances or friends who have already worked there before you can get in there. That is why, we have become a country that is difficult to advance, because the people themselves are still unemployed. How do you get a job in your country?

In Philippines too that is why most of Filipinos who could not land a job in there will work abroad.

I know Indonesia produces cloths etc but China is taken traffic internationally. But gov. Should make things to work out.

@rzlkmldnhsn first of all welcome to myLot. As addition, in these days it will be more difficult to get a job, not only in Indonesia but most of country. The one that still have the job should feel grateful

Companies are now mostly recruiting thru reference and contacts only irrespective of the skill and experience . this is there in every country.
