I Got Cash From My Supervisor

Last month, my supervisor, divided the team into two groups.
We were 5 in each groups and battled against each other based on performance. I would say it was a healthy competition. Everyone exerted efforts to do our best.
At the end of the month, one winner should be awarded. It is a win-win for all of us.
Yesterday, after tallying points, my supervisor announced the winner.
Drum rolls please...
And the winner is... My group with 2000 pesos as cash prize. It was equally divided by all 5 of us.
I got $8.51 if I will convert the 400 pesos to the current dollar exchange.

I work as a CSR. Glad it was not sales. I don't hate sales since I have tried it before.

It was a nice feeling receiving from someone. Now it is time for me to receive. Don't get me wrong, it is more blessed to give than to receive, but sometimes, we also need to receive.
