but I’m not ready to share my myLot life to my family and friends. I mean, apart from Bhem whom I personally knew, nobody knows I myLot. My husband is aware I’m here but he doesn’t read my stuff which is cool. I almost, almost talked about it to my siblings, almost invited them here but I don’t know what stopped me. Lol I have a friend who always writes and posts cool stuff on FB (he was the editor-in-chief of our school paper back then) and I’m thinking about introducing myLot to him. But knowing me, I always change my mind.
How about you? Have you introduced myLot to anyone you personally know?
P.S. In response to myLot’s payment note, a big thanks to you too for never failing us.

My daughter knows I'm here but has never been on myLot herself. Sometimes I will tell her about people here, though.
One friend from work made an account and talked a bit on one of my discussions but left and hasn't been back since.

@sol_cee We are careful never to use the same site. She doesn't go to sites I use and I don't go to sites she uses.

My wife knows it and very rarely does she read my stuff. I have referred the site to a few of my friends but they rarely participate here.
I also think as we write many personal things on mylot so it's better not to share this site with the people we know.

@Bullshark yeah, Bhem’s passing was unfortunate but I always think that she doesn’t feel pain now wherever she is now.

@sol_cee Oh my God, really? I cannot believe this. She was one of the persons I loved talking to here on myLot. She was hospitilized the last time I talked to her. I knew she had health issues, but I always believed she would overcome them. I'm saddened to hear from you that Bhem is no longer with us. God rest her soul.
I think the reason why you don't recognize my username is probably because I've been away for a long time and I wasn't (and still am not) very active when I log(ged) in.

I talk about it to my husband and daughters. I tell about few things I learn here or some interesting posts. But I don't want to introduce it to anyone personal here. I am not very comfortable. But I don't mind if someone lands up here on his/ her own while exploring the cyberspace.

I have referred family here many years ago but they no longer come here for some reason. I was gone a long time too and recently came back to it.
sometimes it is nice to come here and talk about things you do not want others to read though from people who know you.

I've introduced a couple of people but they never did anything with it. My family wouldn't be interested.
I know what you mean though if you want to rent about life at home can you still do that if those people might read if one day.
I don't share my posts on social media for that reason either.

Several years ago, I did when they had the referal system in place. With no plans to return the referal program, trying to get others involved doesn't seem worth the time and effort. I'm not much of a sales person, anyway.
