A Small Tricycle Or A Small Three Wheeled Bike If You Like.....

She sat on a tricycle
In the warm shining sun
Her small face lit up with joy watching
She saw some strangers all on their bikes
Hey she thought almost like my trike
Seeing them whizz past at the speed of light
She lifted up her arms in the air
Without a care
Waved to them all
With both her hands
She was thinking come back soon
This time next year perhaps in June.
One of the best bits I have seen to yet this month.
She was seeing the cyclists of the Tour of France whizz by her on their bikes.
I used to call a tricycle a trike at least where I came from we did.

The only thing I have seen of your country is on documentaries on the television.

The word trike was being used when I was small where I lived I never thought anything else about it and also tricycles were very common when I was small also.

Its not very often you see tricycle here at all rather two wheels and other smaller wheels on bikes for very small children.

Oh that is a wonderful way of saying it too and I am really sure she would wave back like that little girl so full of joy and delight at seeing them.
Small kids are so adorable most times.

I also grew up with a trike being a learning bike for new riders. I have heard other people talk about them here for some other use of transportation that I am not familiar with. I meant at My Lot and not here in Israel.

I think that they use those tricycles as some kind of taxi in different places.
Its a great idea as you don´t have to use a horse or any other and tax their strength all the time.

About the horses you mean?
I love horses and I think their being on the roads nowadays you know pulling carts or whatever is just not on at least around here.
Drivers and horses don´t go together.

I saw her the other day on the Tour Of France which is an international bike race and kids will always be kids no matter where they are from.

No and I never think of how it looks its just what it is lopsided or not the red flowers are of joy and love and being a small girl again.

I have seen them on documentaries over there also.
I like them as not everyone likes just two wheels.

I like the idea of them too but they like the electric scooters are being frowned upon by the local government so not much chance of them being around or in use as such.
Cyclists now are being made to get off their bikes and walk with their bike in the subways try telling that to the kids.

Its because that something like that lit up her face not that she was not already happy.
She was waving her hands high so that they could see her too I guess.
