It is a talk of the town that the local people in my city about the omission of wearing face shields and not the face masks. I was amazed how the butchers talk about it while selling their meat today. It happens that I was there eavesdropping.

The masks are mandatory and if you wear a face shield then you must wear your mask beneath. They say that the face shield does not offer much protection

@Shavkat maybe we will have to these use for some years now. It's very uncomfortable to wear masks in summer though

@Nawsheen I must admit that I cannot breathe enough when using them. It is also troublesome to wear a face shield with a pair of eyeglasses.

I assumed that the president thinks face shields are not useful now. I do think that face masks will be used for a long time. Who knows when not to use them anymore.

In my very opinion, I rather still wears it for protection. Both faceshiled and facemask.

No, face shields aren't common here. Once in a great while someone will wear a shield instead of a mask... because they claim they "can't breathe" wearing a mask.

I think the exception to this rule is to wear face shields in hospitals with face masks.

@Shavkat It was written that face shield is not required outdoor but in a closed, crowded areas it is still required.

Face shield is not compulsory here, but face mask is. But we're provided face shield at work and it's compulsory to wear it. But that thing is so light it keep blown away by the huge fans.

I honestly don't like face shields. It is so troublesome when walking around the city. If it is too hot, it can form moist.

No restrictions in my area. Some people are wearing masks. Many are not. It is up to the person.

I had seen some occasions that local people there wear only face masks. I must admit that it became a business here now. The sellers sell them in bulk.
