Progress Making Our House Christmas-y

So starting November first, we started decorating the house for Christmas. yes, I know that it's pretty early to do that but you know there are a few reasons that we did it. The first being, it's only my husband and I decorating and he really only has the weekends free right now. So it takes time to decorate that we tend to run out of pretty fast. Hence early starts. The second is the main reason. It makes us happy. It's fun to decorate and when you can take your time to get it done it's ten times better. There are so many people that are negative about starting early but no one tends to stop and think that there could be reasons. I don't need the negativity so please don't drop it here. We're really happy with the progress we've made and there's still more to do. Hopefully we'll get a few of the other decorations at least placed in the yard during the week. We have a few things set up in the other side of the house but I didn't picture them because they're not plugged in yet. Maybe we'll get more when we go out to Knoxville lol. *my picture

@Nawsheen That's cool. I've probably over spent on all the new decorations we got but it's worth it.

It is looking cute. I dont usually start before Thanksgiving. But I do have 2 inflatable turkeys out right now. The Christmas stuff wouldnt look right with those. If you enjoy it then do it

@JordanLader I found mine at Menards. I have seen them at Walmart also. Usually mixed in with the Halloween decorations at both stores.

Thank you. I can honestly say though, I haven't seen inflatable turkeys. Usually there isn't any Thanksgiving stuff to decorate. I might do that and just kind of add it in to Christmas if I can find it.
