Laziness at its Worst

I called an electrician who was advertised as licensed to replace a burned out plug and fix the problem I had with lights in the bathroom and bedroom flickering, dimming or sometimes not coming on and plugs having weak power. He said the burned out plug in the kitchen couldn't be fixed and all he did was test the breaker box about the power problems. He made no effort to troubleshoot or fix anything and my home could have caught fire. I called another electrician who found the bathroom light fixture was faulty and also found a burned plug in the bedroom. Those were replaced and he also put in new light switches. He was also able to fix the kitchen plug that the first electrician had said couldn't be fixed.

Now you are talking about my same situation here. I could write a novel regarding incompetent lazy supposed repair guys. I hope you will be able to get this right.

Have you paid the first electrician? If you haven't done it yet, don't do it.

Anybody knows that weak power to plugs and lights is a potential hazard

What kind of electrician was that? If he was licensed at least he knew what to do. Am glad the second one was able to fix it.

A very negligent one to not recognize a hazardous situation. Anyone knows that blinky or dimming lights means faulty wiring
