Sophie and the Missus off to Puppy School

Sophie has the first night of her new puppy class tonight. She and K left a little while ago. They will be gone about 3 hours. This class is in preparation for Sophie to earn her AKC Canine Good Citizen test. K really enjoys these classes and Sophie seems to as well. Ace and I are hanging around here at home. We played catch with his toy squirrels for a while until he got tired. Now he is napping in the chair next to mine. I'm watching Death in Paradise on Brit Box. Today was cold and wet here. After a few warm days, it never got higher than 48F (9C). Tomorrow should be warmer, but Saturday is supposed to be wet while we're on our camping trip. Ah, well. I hope your week is going well. P.S. Hope Sophie does well in class! We would love that "wet" out here . . . warm and extremely dry here with wind - I think we were at mid 70s today.

She will have to pass 10 events when the class ends to earn her certification. The class runs for several weeks.

It is great that there is training for your pets. Cold and snowy here but by Saturday it should be warm.

This was the first night of class. The test will come in a few weeks when class ends. She still has a lot of work to do.
