March 10 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was busier than I expected. I wanted to get notifications finished or at least worked on. However, that didn't happen. I'm thankful for getting enough sleep last night. I had a good 7 hours. I'm thankful I remembered to get the garbage down this morning. I then went shopping. I wasn't certain which store I should head to, but I'm thankful I went to the one that was most cost-effective. I used my OTC card and got the same bread I get at the other store. So I lucked out. I only wish the bagger had paid attention to my instructions. I don't like paper bags because they tear easily. She put the heavy food items in paper bags and yes, they tore. I'm thankful I didn't lose anything. I'm thankful I got home in time to get a good workout on the bike before the canasta card game with the ladies. I'm thankful for the two games I played today. I actually won the second game or did a good job. We didn't count the last hand. I'm thankful my food calories are light again today. With the exercise I got, I should see good progress on the scale again tomorrow. Okay, that's my day. I know I'm losing notifications. I'll try to catch up as much as possible. Thanks for reading. Glad you had a good day. I was behind on notifications too . I didn’t come on for a few days. I was too sick I finally got to all my notifications today so I have a clean slate.

I wonder if the bagger was new, but even if she was she should know better than to put heavy stuff in paper bags I am thankful for another lovely day.

It's been a busy week. We're having a strange day. We had a snow squall a few minutes ago. I see it's still snowing. The sun is shining and I see blue skies. I'm glad you had a beautiful day.

I´m so thankful that I followed my daughter´s advise and got a new laptop. The old one was past repairment but the technician got the memory out of the old one and put it in the new one. Nothing was lost.

Paper bags couldn’t really hold heavy items. We normally bring our own shopping bags.

It's so annoying when heavy groceries cause bags to break. It can be a disaster depending on what you have in them.

I don't like paper bags either, but more for me because I like to reuse the plastic ones for other things and they tend to be far more handy.

I'm thankful for the rain coming down as I'm typing this. I love rain and it helps me sleep better.
