While I don't have much to say on this topic, I'm going to say it anyway. There is a storm coming, and it's dark like night here. My husband, George, just made it home. Which means he did not have to drive home in the rain. It was dark-ish (which he also doesn't like), but better then the downpours Florida's known for.
Slight update on Mama cat. I've got her on a twice a day wet food schedule. While I am not seeing much change when I pet her, she seems excited to eat still and continuously begs for the wet food. She doesn't seem to mind its the same flavor. I kind of have her on a twice a day feeding schedule, with access to the dry food if she should want it. But, she usually looks it and snubs it. As long as she's eating. Now if she'd just groom herself. One battle at a time.

Sounds like Mama will need you to bath her, that's not going to be fun but you can probably do a simple wipe down with a wet wash cloth.
I hope that storm will be mild.
