There was something going on at the end of the street

So, I was taking my walk, first since May when I see an emergency vehicle with lights flashing go down my street. It was one I had never seen before and was green and white. Later on a regular ambulance came by. When I got back up this way, I was looking to see what house they had gone to, and they had gone down to where the property dips to the lake. I am thinking someone might have gotten trouble in the water there, except where that part is is very shallow..you could walk out of there if you got in trouble. Maybe it was the house down there. on the water, someone got ill or something, I don't know. The Lake Anna rescue vehicle being first though leads me to believe it was a problem in or near the water. Well, they weren't blaring sirens on the way back so whatever it was was resolved I guess,

That reminds me of when we used to live out in the country. We had a volunteer fire squad. If there was a 911 call, the fire truck and siren would go by, but if they were not going past our home, we would still see a stream of pick up trucks with the blue light on the dashboard, which signifies a vol. fire fighter, racing by. We would all run out to the end of our driveways to see if we could see where they were going or look for smoke. I hope that nobody was in a really bad way near you.

No, I would have no way of knowing unless it was on the news or I walked down there and asked someone. It isn't really my business.

@RebeccasFarm I'd like to know too, if I walk down there sometime next week I might think about asking, but probably not, like I said, not my business.

I think if it was serious, the ambulance sirens would have been blaring.

I hope whoever had an issue feels better now. I can't float or swim so I could drown in a bathtub.

Somebody could have fallen on the rocks down there. They are quite slippery. I used to swim down there sometimes, and I know how slippery they are.

@snowy22315 Slimey or mossy rocks are a huge hazard for sure.

@sallypup They are, maybe someone slipped on those rocks and sprained their ankle or something. The big slippery rock is close to the shore.

The sounds of ambulance sirens make my heart flutter. As soon as I see it, I'm stunned.

I have always found them alittle eerie My grandparents when U was little lived just down the block from a fire station. We used to. Here them all the time when we were visiting. We also lived there for a few months and it was kind of scary

That's good they were able to resolve the issue without issue.

Let us know if you every find out what happened. There were sirens in the city we were in yesterday and they were coming from a black car with flashing lights. I can only imagine it was a unmarked police car.
