Spring or winter cleaning?

Good evening friends
I spent the whole day cleaning the closets today, I left something to give away to people who need it. I had a lot to iron, mostly my son's things. I finally put it all together, but my room is still in a chaotic state. I may continue later, but I think it will still be tomorrow.
While I was writing this discussion, the godfathers appeared. They really made us happy, they came to invite us to their younger daughter's coming of age party. This was indeed a pleasant visit.
It's almost 8 pm, and I think I'll take a little rest now, and then think about what to cook for my son for dinner. It was a sunny day here, so I was in a good mood.
How is the weather in your place? Do you have a good time cleaning?

Today we have rain and it's dreary outside. I always have more energy for cleaning and doing things when the sun is shining. You certainly sound like you had a busy day working on your closet.

@Nevena83 my closet is something I have on my "to do" list but it always seems to get pushed off and I get involved in other things. It's just easier to close the door and ignore the mess

Yes, I really did a lot yesterday, but today I was not diligent. Godparents are people who witnessed the baptism or wedding. The people who were there last night were people whose daughter was baptized by my father and whose father was baptized by my grandmother. This means that this godfatherism lasts for a very long decade.

The weather is OK for the winter. I dont enjoy cleaning. I am glad you had a pleasant visit with the godfathers.

@Nevena83 Maybe there, Although sometimes we get some big snow storms or ice storms in Feb. some years it just kind of rolls into spring.

It’s been really cold here, so I’ve been delaying all my cleaning I need to do. But it should be warm this weekend, so I hope to spend some time cleaning and organizing.

That's good for you! I am very bad at doing cleaning. I was proud of myself for doing laundry and cleaning one half of one drawer! I had to teach some flute lessons too, though.

I hate cleaning too, but the results end up being good. Flute lessons? Sounds interesting. How long have you been playing the flute?
