3/17/23 - Computer Update

I'm going to make this quick since my computer has been freezing up after 20-30 minutes online.
Spent ****6***** hours with Dell yesterday. The tech was working remotely on my computer; and I communicated with her from time to time via phone. Spent the good part of my birthday staring at the computer screen. What a bummer! I haven't been able to use my computer much for a week; and I am horribly behind here.
3 days until spring. Had 5" of s**w here a couple of days ago; and then it warmed up and all melted. More s**w forecast for this weekend.

I know I was frustrated when I had to replace my computer last year. I hope they get it figured out soon.

Hey Linda
I'm concerned about this post because there are A LOT of scams going around with people connecting remotely to your computer, stealing your info and ultimately your money.
A common scam goes like this: someone calls or emails you they say you paid for something like virus protection or geek squad, they offer to refund you the money, then connect to your computer and make it look like you took too much money from the refund. They then have you go to your bank or buy gift cards in order to pay back the money to them.
I just wanted to warn you so this does not happen to you. Do they have an accent??

Did they get it fixed? After ten hours I think they owe you a new computer.

Hope you finally get this computer issue resolved. Very frustrating I bet. Send the snow my way. I'll gladly take it. It was supposed to snow a lot here initially. I thought everything would be covered in white. But it was wet snow so no accumulation.

I am very sorry for the rough experience that you had with your computer. I think it deserves a fix
