Do you like your fish with a little sauce?

Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters I woke up early today but was not able to be on mylot early because I need to do many things I hope everyone is doing fine today Anyways, I will be preparing a fried fish and will make a simple sauce with just fried garlic, onion and tomatoes. I don`t like this always but sometimes I wanted something different. I eat it with steamed rice and it taste really good How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like your fish with a little sauce or just fried? i also like it baked but I put some fillings to have a taste What are you having for today? Your sauce sounds good. Usually we have a white sauce with fish.

@m_audrey6788 I'm not reallly familiar with creamers. We'd make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk, or use a commercial 'white sauce' powder.

I like to drink fish head soup. Usually, we buy a large fish head and come back to cook the soup

It sounds pretty tasty. I had a piece of pizza for lunch. My sweet dad unexpectedly brought me a pepperoni pizza yesterday afternoon, so I had a piece for lunch.

Yes, I like my fried fish with soy sauce, containing pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. Likewise with my fried chicken or roasted pork. I always have that type of sauce with it. Happy MyLotting too.

I never fry fish, I usually bake my fish or I steam my salmon fillets. I like to have a sauce, particularly for the steamed fish. I like a lemon dill sauce for the salmon.

I seldom fry fish. If I fry, I always have it with tomato sauce. When I steam fish, I have it with soya sauce and some ginger.

I also do steam the fish and my sauce is with some tomatoes, garlic, onion and sprinkle with salt and pepper for a nice taste

We generally cook fish by baking or poaching rather than frying. I really like a tasty sauce, especially with some fresh herbs, I think it can transform something rather dull.
