I have to put on my timer when working online, otherwise if I stay sitting too long and feel way too stiffed. Do you use a time when MyLotting?

My timer is usually my bladder so I have to get up frequently when I'm online

Some days I do. I try to time myself at various tasks offline and come back for equal time online. Right now I do not as I am doing those classes.

I do not put a timer on, but my cats have built-in timers it seems. They call me away.

So in this case, you do not need a timer.

I actually don't. But not too many people are active in mylot and I don't interact with everybody. I wish I could interact with everybody, but I just couldn't relate to some of the posts. So when I'm done with reading and leaving a comment, I leave mylot. So no need of a timer.

Yes, I use an old timer to remember that I have to get up and move.

No. I'm usually on at least 3 hours at a time. When I go to get up, I can hardly straighten up. Have a good week.

I do time myself especially when there's more pressing work to be done. I love spending my breaks on myLot. I enjoy reading discussions on various topics.

No, not really. I do what I want when I want. My watch usually alerts me every hour to move around for at least one minute, so I listen.
