I love to stand, rather Sit....

I'm not a fan of sitting around all day. It makes me feel lazy and bored. I'd rather be on my feet, moving and doing stuff. Standing gives me energy and makes me happy. I don't care if people think I'm weird or restless. I love to stand, rather than sit. Many times in my office, people offer me chair and then jokingly say " Oh she would not sit, she is a runner, walker and loves to move. She can't sit at one place"

I go between standing and sitting a lot. With my back injury, I usually can’t get comfortable, no matter what I do.

Sorry about injury, I do think long sitting might be an issue...

@Aansh13 When I sit at home, I actually have to lay on my side, and not sit at all. I envy your ability to stand for long periods of time!

I am like that too - I'd rather stand up and keep moving. People tell me to sit all the time - makes them nervous - but I don't enjoy sitting around. Actually sitting too much is not good for your health.

I wish I was more like that. It would be better for my blood pressure if I was up and moving around a lot. I like to sit and relax when I am not doing something specific that requires standing. t night if I relax, my blood pressure goes up so I am trying to do more things at night that require standing or moving and it seems to help my bp.

Oh!!! This is a kind of advantage, that's why may be people with BP prefer to go on walks regularly...
