Flexible Time At Work

Now that classes are over and teachers are on their vacation, we, in the middle management are required to report daily 9 hours a day. It is just a good thing that flexible time is being applied. My usual official time at work is from 9 in the morning up to 6 in the evening. It drains me a lot. We are allowed to come earlier so we can go home once we completed the working hours. I can go home as early as 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Still its a long day for everyone. Is flexible working hours implemented in your work? Old photo of mine

I don't have flexible hours, but yes I can make some adjustments on few days. As such I have part time job( I get paid for my hourly sessions) and so my work hours are short.

That is so nice. Here we have to work 8 hours straight for a full time work excluding the 1 hour break so its a total of 9 long agonizing hours!

@cherigucchi That's the case with most of the work. It's a long day and can be pretty exhausting.

@cherigucchi The important is that they cover the 8 hours daily.

I'm a teacher, so my hours of teaching aren't flexible, but my prep work is, since I can do it at home.

Exactly. Teachers have their scheduled classes so flexi time is not for them.

My morning job can be flexible. The afternoon to midnight is a fixed working hours.
