It was a trail Maintenance day. The people pushing the big machines and carrying the weed whackers are not waiting for slow people. On hike days they go try to find a balance for all speeds.

@paigea I know what you mean. I live in flatter than flat Florida, so anytime I go anywhere there are hills or mountains, I struggle.

I agree with the title. I do a lot of tracking in the forest as where I live is very close to the city jungle. When I was in London I would often visit Hyde park where I did my 1-hour jogging.
