Simple sometimes is just the ticket

I did eat a few of those tasty frosted animal cookies and cranberry juice.
But my main supper was this: warmed canned black beans spooned onto a small tortilla and a slice of cheese. Gucamole and home cucumber slices and home yellow cherry tomatoes. Filled me and tasty enough.
Rufus and I did our nightly walk round the gardens, me pulling the water hose and he leaping and splashing me with water. Good way to end a Wednesday.

Sounds like a good day, for sure. I'm sure Rufus makes everything more fun. Did he get an animal cookie?

@MarieCoyle Always. Hubby gives Rufus a quarter of his meal plus a chunk of his dessert.

My son and I had junk food from KFC for lunch but decided to eat yoghurt as dessert to cleanse our gut.
