What's for breakfast on this sunny and cool Tuesday morning? And some slightly sad news.

Music practice was fun yesterday. I actually got bold and introduced a couple of new songs. Today it's back to Guitar Center. I am a tad sad because one of my favorite students is taking a break from guitar lessons. She's a Senior in high school and has a lot on her plate, including applying for college this year. Oh, I almost forgot this is a breakfast post. I had an egg with some ham on the side this morning. I kept it simple. It's cool out now, but it's supposed to hit the 80s F today. How is your Tuesday going? And, most importantly, what did you have for breakfast?.

I hope your student gets into the school she wants after she graduates. I ate a cinnamon roll almost the size of a saucer. It was delicious. We're at 92F at 5:30 pm and humidity is at 60%. I hope you're enjoying your day, pony.

@DaddyEvil I don't know why you want long hair...I mean, it is a headache... I am planning to cut my hair...short...only issue is...if it is long, I can put a band. If it is short the nape area becomes sweaty...I hate that... Tell mommaj I am missing her....and I would love to talk dirty when she is around...

@TheHorse We topped out at 81F today. It feels nice to me but I'm not outside working in the sun, either. Pretty and I walked papers to Family Services this morning. Pretty was complaining about the heat. My phone showed it was 67F but the humidity was 97%. @vandana7 I spent an hour talking with @mommaj just now. She's home from visiting her dad and said no damage to her house from the hurricane last week. I showed her the latest photo of my hair and she claims it's about as long as hers now.

It was a good day. It's a bit cooler here than there now. I can still feel a bit of cool air on my feet at almost 9 AM.

I'm sure you'll get another student to take the place of the college kid. I will break my fast in about an hour, I'm having spaghetti.

My Tuesday started late. I didn't get up until 8:30. Then, shame on me, I skipped breakfast, which I never do. We're already at 93F and expecting a heat index well over 100F for the next couple of days before temps subside to something more Septemberlike.

@TheHorse We just went up to 94F with a 106 heat index. Clouds have moved in, so maybe we'll cool off.

That's sad your student is busy with school and doesn't have time for lessons. My breakfast was coffee and some grapes. I got busy with something and forgot about breakfast

Actually there was no proper breakfast today. But early enough lunch with Rotis and Okra (Bhindi). At times we do miss a few people whom we feel special. Yet I feel that you would enjoy with other students as well. I hope the weather remains good for you. Here we have not good rains, except for a day or two since the last 3 weeks. The clear blue skies somehow make is feel that the rains won't be anytime soon.

Dosas....I love them..eat your heart out...I eat with Mango pickle...Evil Grin. Actually, Andhra Mango pickle is such a versatile thing. You can eat it with rice, you can eat it with poori, you can eat it with idlis, you can eat it with dosas, and you can eat it with vada. Even bread and butter. Sigh...America....unfortunate Americans to never have tasted such beautiful stuff.

I'm sorry you're losing a student. I had Belvita Oat Breakfast Biscuits. Exciting, right? Have a good day. It's going to be near 90 today; but by the weekend the temps will be in the low 70s. Perfect.
