Return / Refund

If you are a regular shopper online I'm sure you understood the meaning of these terms as my discussion title well it does not only apply to online shopping or buying but also to offline buying as well. It happened to me a few days ago the seller sent the wrong item . I bought a replacement cellphone battery for the phone I'm using it gets discharged quickly and when Im using my phone sometimes my phone will get blackout whenever Im using . I informed the seller and told me to have a return/ refund request so that I can refund . Its not that of hassle for me to return the item because the courrier is our neighbor. In returning an item , I should repack the items on their original rorm and packaging, then drop off at the nearest courrier office and just waut fir the refund after. Have you received a wrong item? Did you also requested for a return / refund for the item?

I did receive the wrong item once, from an online purchase, and was told to keep it, and they would go ahead and send the right item. Which was a relief, because I did not want to mess with making a return.

@AmbiePam Oh you're so lucky , did they charge you extra for the wrong item? They knew it was their mistake and Im glad they replaced it for you without the hassle of returning the wrong item.

@wolfgirl569 Its a little frustrating but I understand it can happen to some sellers specially if there's a lot of orders , yes we should return the item specially if we dont need them too.

one time they just sent me the wrong brand, I still accepted the item because the price was more expensive than the item I was going to order. Unless the item is not delivered, of course I will ask for a refund.

I have experienced this, and sometimes I just don't bother if it's more of a hassle to return. However, if we're talking about a substantial amount of money, then yes, I'll do anything to get my money back.

Many years ago I ordered a doll. I like to collect dolls. I forget where I ordered it from. I received the wrong doll. At first I was going to return it and let them know of the mistake. But then I realized something. I found the doll on the site that was sent by mistake. I realized it was higher in price than the doll I ordered. They charged me for the doll I ordered. So, in other words I got a deal on the mistake doll. I also ended up liking the mistake doll.

@LeaPea2417 It happens sometimes specially if the seller is not checking the item before packing them .Most online shops doesnt have a live customer service to check the items , they have a system that process orders and answers queries online .So when the order is placed it will go straight to the packing area I guess.

I haven't tried returning an item. It's a hassle for me. Plus, I will have to pay for the shipping fee. Did you pay for the shipping fee while returning the item?
