I'm So Sad About Matthew Perry

It's the oddest thing but I am so sad about the death of Matthew Perry, aka Chandler Bing on the TV show Friends. I didn't even know the man but my daughter loved to watch Friends when she was in high school and she often watched reruns so I saw quite a few episodes. I guess part of my sadness is because it marks the end of an era. With Chandler gone, the six main characters of the show Friends will never all be together again for a reboot of the show or a reunion. The actors are all younger than I am so that's a bit hard to take also. And it seems like such a senseless death too, drowning in your own hot tub. Apparently, the cause of death is pending until the toxicology reports come back, but in the past, he had a drug and alcohol problem so some think he may have been under the influence of something which caused him to lose consciousness and slip under the water.
