Today I got a call I never thought I would. Don't worry, George is fine. Just a little more zoned out because of the biopsy. What I'm talking about, is when the hospital called needing me to consent to the procedure. I never thought I'd be put in that position. Of course I did, but never the less. No one wants to have to.

I’m sure he’s frightened and worried about what’s happening to him. I sure pray the biopsy is clear.

I don't have the results, yet, but It went well. There was some bleeding, but nothing serious.. At least nothing that would have them coming back in a panic.

It went well. He's a little off today, but that's to be expected. They're more worried about his blood pressure numbers than anything.

I hope he continues to improve and recover from the stroke, and that the biopsy is clear.
You're right, no one likes making medical decisions for anyone, but it was necessary this time.

I so badly wanted to say 'no', because the thought scared me. However, I knew that lung cancer, hell cancer of any kind, is no joke. Given his long history of smoking, I know for a fact the risk is higher for it. I also know, that what they found could also be the sign of something starting due to his smoking.
