Fun Day

We had good food and company. My friend made it finally and 2 couples were there for the first time. We all had a wonderful time chatting while we ate. Next month they are doing it as a community lunch and it will be catered by Coonies. That's the local bar. The owner is a great cook.
I was lazy when I got home. Hubbies supposed to be partial Christmas present was in the mail. We are watching it now. I got him the Longmire series. I forgot to change the phone number when I ordered so he got a text telling him what was delivered 
.
Texted with 2 other friends today. One will make it to the auction tomorrow. The other is baby sitting.

Oh, wow! I didn't know anyone called mixing drinks "cooking". I'm sure you'll find plenty to "eat" when the community lunch is "catered" by the bar owner. 
You'll have to find something else for his partial Christmas present.

@wolfgirl569 As long as he gets something. I remember one Christmas when my first wife said she and I didn't need to buy Christmas presents for each other... She still got gifts but everybody thought she was buying me something. I told them not to worry and went out the day after Christmas and bought myself stuff.

@DaddyEvil It don't bother him as if he decides he wants something he usually buys it. But it does make you feel good to get something.
