I have a level of insecurity in the facial area. Until now I am 27 years old, I still haven't found a way to accept my shortcomings, do you have a similar experience?

Thank you for opening up about your feelings. It takes courage to discuss insecurities. I can relate to struggling with self-acceptance, particularly when it comes to physical aspects. It's an ongoing journey, and at 30, I'm still navigating it as well. It's essential to remember that we are all a work in progress, and embracing our imperfections is part of the process. Have you found any strategies or mindsets that have helped you cope with your insecurities over time? Sharing experiences can be a powerful way to support each other.

On my part my biggest insecurity is that I am fat and I am not so tall . Eversince I was a child I was fat or chubby and there are two reasons for that, first is that its in our genes , I have a lot of aunts, uncles and cousins who are on the heavy side , and no matter what diet or exercise its still the same , second, when I was going to adulthood I have problems with my hormones and one sign of it is weight gain .
