What activities/ things you would like to indulge in when you feel down?

Hello everyone! Not everyday is one and the same. There are times when we feel happy & on the contrary, there are days, wherein we feel low or down. Both sort of days exist. Sailing through both kind of days mindfully is the key. So the discussion is "What activities/ things you would like to indulge in when you feel down"? Or What do you do to divert yourself? For some, it's music. They listen to to their favourite songs to feel better instantly. A few watch feel good movies. For me, it's writing and sketching. They make me feel better. Plus, I read positive words/ quotes & sometimes, a few positive affirmations help me a lot too. Now, it's your turn. Share your views and thoughts. Thank you in advance. Image credit: Google.

When I'm feeling down, I listen to my favorite music or play musical instrument. Sometimes, I would call my close friend and have a chat with her.

I just like to cook listening to music when am down. And sometimes I just go and sit down in a bus and train and travel to a place that will take at least half a day for me to go there and return, so that am off that zone completely and whiletravelling our mind diverts to new things.
