Whiskey will be here on Saturday

My former neighbor continues to have issues with her French bulldog, Whiskey, when she is working 12 hour shifts. She texted me yesterday to see if I wanted to hang with him this weekend while she works. 
She always presents it as if she is doing me a favor to let me hang out with the dog when really she needs me to watch him.
I told her I could take him on Saturday. She will drop him off at like 5:30 am. I'll just leave the door unlocked so she can let him in and leave whatever food, treats, etc. on the table. Whiskey races to the bedroom and will wake me up trying to get up onto the bed. 
I said I can't have him on Sunday because I already have plans to go out for brunch and to Trader Joe's with my mother in the morning. I don't have a crate for him here and he would go nuts anyway being all alone when I was out. If she can get her daughter to drop him off for the afternoon I am fine with that but he can't be here when I'm not. Even with his BFF Charlie he would lose his mind.
Apparently NJChicaa's Pet Siting is still open.

Lol, I thought at first you were waiting on a shipment of whiskey.
Have fun with the dog and good idea to have him elsewhere when your not home.
Enjoy your time on Sunday with your mom. (I thought at first you were shopping at trader Joe's and eating with your mom after. We don't have one near us and I've never been, so I didn't know they served lunch, or brunch).
