Wonderful to see

I live in small town middle America. I know it is different here than it is in big cities.
I was driving home yesterday, before dark, and when I passed our largest city park there was a merry-go-round filled with kids. It was 70 F (21 C).
No coats, no snow, no mud.
Kids around here can play in their yards, or ride bikes and scooters on the street. People walk their dogs.
So I am enjoying the activity that the nice weather is bringing out everywhere.

Lots of kids here ride scooters and bikes to school. The little ones are accompanied by a parent then you see the parent heading home carrying the bike and the helmet.

During warm weather I bring my kiddo to the public park. It's usually overcrowded because they rebuilt it and the end result was not to many people's liking. But at least they have a place to play and socialize.

How I wish our weather was as nice as yours. We still have snow on the ground and temperatures overnight that are way below freezing.

Your weather sounds dreamy. Your description reminds me of a Ray Bradbury world. I'm in the western version of your world though we don't have a merry go round.
