Happy Monday Everyone! we have some nice warm temperatures this morning but it's cloudy. Now, if the sun was shining, I might have had my coffee outside. Soon enough I keep telling myself. Spring isn't that far away.
The weekend flew by as always. Can't say that I did anything exciting to make it go by extra fast but weekends have a way of disappearing. Guess part of it is my daughter isn't working and we generally get ourselves involved in stuff.
Yesterday was pretty much a couch potato day and we caught up on most of our tv shows. Also took a nice nap 
Today life is back to routine and I have things to do around the house. Working on getting some stuff together for donating in addition to the daily chores.
Tonights dinner is simple. Chicken with potatoes and a veggie.
I have some time to enjoy my coffee and chat for awhile before I get my day started.

Today would have been perfect if the sun was shining. All I would have needed was a light jacket or hoodie. Can't wait to be able to sit outside and enjoy fresh air.

@Marilynda1225 Yesterday I wore a light jacket to church and needed my winter jacket. The wind was blowing like a hurricane. Today, everyone is in hoodies, no wind, and nice out there. Mother Nature must be in menopause. It's the only thing I can think of with the weather we've had all winter and this weekend.

@Marilynda1225 I also cut a pear in cubes, it's also very good with some cheese like Parmesan and Romano.

Your cheese platter with bread, grapes and jam sounds delicious. I love grapes and cheese together and sometimes that's what I have for breakfast.

It got so nice here this afternoon I threw the chicken on the bbq grill and now my potatoes are in the air fryer. Probably broccoli for our veg

I like your dinner combination. It must be delicious. I had leftover githeri for dinner today.

Coffee here too. It looks like it is going to rain about every other day here. Hmm..well that is spring I guess. It will help the flowers grow.

Chicken with potatoes sounds good. This morning, my brother and I went to the airport to pick up a relative's family. They haven't visited HK for over 10 years. We were so excited to see each other again.

I would honestly love a few days just to...do nothing but what I would want to do. I have projects here at home as well as some other things I would like to do, but it is not in the cards for awhile. But that's ok...it will all get done eventually.
