Buko salad in this hot weather

A few days ago, my aunts went for a visit and brought coconuts or buko. Buko is the filipino term for coconut. The next day mom bought ingredients to make a coconut version of a fruit salad. It was easy and the timing is right in this hot weather. It was a nice substitute to ice cream, but takes a while to make. It's officially summer, i hope i don't get highblood or stroke. Any tips?
