Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli, chunky applesauce
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich

@LindaOHio I usually don't add any crunch. Medium rare is best for me.
