Have you ever mistakenly sent more money to someone than what you intend sending?

Some people can be wicked, they ask you for money and you mistakenly send them more than they asked for and instead of refunding the extra , they may not pick your calls or pretend they didn't notice. Have you ever found yourself in this situation and how did you handle it?

only with family members but since they lent me more, i leave it be. as for friends, no more. twice, they didn't return me the amount and that's it.

Before sending it I always check it twice and never make a mistake in the number and name.

I never been in a situation like this. Honestly I don't know what I would do because even though we sent more than what was suppose we always feel uncomfortable to say something even though we should.
