Stranger saves resident who was inside of a burning building in Pennsylvania

A male stranger whose name was not mentioned took action to save one man who was inside of a burning building in Minersville Pennsylvania on Sunday when a house caught fire.
The male stranger risked his life by using a ladder to get his neighbor who was on his window needing to be removed from the burning home and get him out of the building safely while the firefighters were putting out the fire.
The stranger who saved the man and his cat is hopeful that the persons that he rescued are going to be okay.
The American Red Cross will be giving temporary homes to the fire victims. About 20 people were displaced in the fire incident.
