Nurse Visit

The nurse from Molina was just here. She asked me a lot of pertinent questions about my lifestyle, sleep, diet, and such things. She did a depression and an anxiety questioning check and I rated my usual pretty high. My heart and lungs sound fine. My oxygen level was 97% and my pulse was 120/180. She says I need a colonoscopy test, flu shot, and shingles vaccine. She said I was doing well. I am happy with that. I could have a physical therapist come into the home if I wanted. That's not going to happen. I'm lazy and would make my excuses anyway.
Have you had your check-up lately? How'd it go.

I cancelled my doctor's appoitment back in Nombember because of George's stroke and I haven't rescheduled. My doctor's office tried to reschedule, but between home health, doctor's appoitments and an extended hospital stays. I just didn't have the time. Personally, I don't like going to the doctor because I usually end up being talked down to like I'm an idiot, It happens more often than not, So, unless I have to... I have no plans to do it.

I like my doctor so my visits/appointments aren't bad. I think I'd be looking for another doctor if I was being talked down to. I hope you will at some point get in to see a doctor. Your health is as important as George's. I know you are busy now but at some point I hope that gets done.

@jstory07 Thanks. I mean I will happily make a doctor's appoitment if I need to. If something was really wrong. But, I'm not putting myself through it, just to be talked down to and told what I already know. When I was in the hospital with George, nurses would ask me if I was in the medical field, because I understood what they were saying and I knew how to ask questions.

I have a telehealth call with my doctor for my doc check ups but this was for my insurance. They like to check on me too.

I usually have things done in May. It's still rather cool so that's nice. I would hope that you live for a long time yet. It was a nice visit.

That is good. Unless I see or feel something weird going on I don't worry too much about it. This was my insurance checking me out so that was nice.
