I Ate Too Much

But I have got some of it adjusted around now. I made the cube steak, baked potatoes and peas. I breaded the cube steaks with crackers. It was very filling and good.
I did a little cleaning and watered my plants. I need to vacuum tonight. I always do that after hubby goes to bed. Usually before I bring the dogs back inside.
Except for that I have played my games. Hope you had a good day.

The food sounds delicious, I also usually don't eat too much but recently made myself sauerkraut and smoked sausage in my slow cooker and added seasoned fries, Then I piled my plate and realized I had eaten too much but it was good, I hope you have a good start to the new week,

He barely hears it if he hasn't fallen asleep yet.

I had a good day, too. Although it can be hard to get George's tube done on Sundays because he wants to spend a lot of time outside.

I use to eat too much & felt horrible afterwards & uncomfortable
I know it's not good when you OVER fill yourself & how to eat
just enough to feel full for the day.

I ate too much yesterday. Yesterday was my best friend's birthday. I wanted to try a birthday cake trail mix and I couldn't stop eating. It was so good. I didn't eat the whole bag thank goodness.

Thank God i have a good day because i slept almost
5 hours today. I have to study for my module test then it will be finals and after that i'm finished with my Psychology subject. I ate too much rice and fried chicken for dinner tonight.
