My sister daughter doesn't walk

My sister daughter age was nearly 4 years.but she doesn't not walk and not doing other activities.she was like 4 monthns baby not 4 years baby.they are always go for so many hospitals.but not use.I think they don't get good doctor for her.if you see this type of kid,pls reply and give any ideas

In Israel, they have a clinic for babies who are not developing according to the age group. I hope that there is some sort of service like that where you live. My daughter spoke very late, and I took her to this clinic, and they examined her and told us that she should only be exposed to two languages and not three, so instead of my husband speaking to her in French, me in English and nursery school in Hebrew, my husband had to speak either Hebrew or English. Then she started speaking English and Hebrew. I hope that you sister can take the child to therapy as soon as possible

@SATHVKA Do they have clinics for child development there? I would think that this is a very important part of socialized health care.
