I talked to United Health Care...My Counselor did a 3 way call to the Cardiologist that I want to transfer to..the lady at the office asked why I wanted to change. I explained that my doctors had left that clinic, and I did not have any tests done in almost 2 years. She said she would have to check with her supervisor, and would give me a call. The counselor asked if I had had my WellCare visit with my GP, and I had it in January. So she credited me with $15 on my OTC card. I then told her about the problem with my OTC card at WinnDixie. She then looked up stores in my area that accept the card, and Publix accepts my card. YAAY! Now I can go there and get my Bold and Soft Taco Kit as it is the only place I have found it. The Counselor was so nice, and so helpful. Don't always get a good counselor when I call..and when I DO get one it makes me feel like I did the right thing staying with UnitedHealh Care. Come close to dropping them this time around. Glad I didn't.

You know it's good to see more and more places starting to accept it. I'll have to look into it. If Publix accepts it in your city, they might in mine. Which means I can save money on George's favorite meat.

It makes such a difference if the person on the other end of the phone is helpful.
