Is UK right to deport all illegal immigrants to Rwanda?

The UK parliament has passed a law to deport all black immigrants to Rwanda which is against international human right law. Not everyone comes from Rwanda, but Rwanda will be compensated if they agree to host the illegal immigrants hence they are not saying no to the offer.

The British government claims it aims to deter dangerous crossings in small boats and to stop the illegal smuggling networks. I know that this is a serious problem in all European countries, but no one deport asylum seekers back to their country, unless it is discovered that they are criminals.

I think the UK should start a new trend and deport any and all foreigners back to their own country..and everyone stay in their own countries around the world, maybe other countries will follow suit and then no one will be at odds with one another.
