Trying to get a mystery shop set up. I wanted to do it today, but this far they haven't been answering the phone. I will try making a couple more calls, and see about leaving a message. It is easier to try to get them directly..but not always possible. Have a great day.

Thanks, Personally, I don't see why a business wouldn't answer the phone, but it happens all the time.

@snowy22315 Perhaps it’s too early. I noticed, here in FL, that certain businesses don’t open until 11:00.
Last summer we went to Boston for the weekend, and I had to wait one hour until Saks opened at 11! So I played with makeup for an hour at Sephora and didn’t buy a thing.

@DianneN 11:00? That is awfully late to open, but maybe if they are open until 9 or later..it isn't unheard of. Some restaurants don't open until then if they are lunch or dinner places.

Get this I left a message, they called
E back but since the call has to be recorded I said I would call them back in 3 minutes..Guess what? I got the recorded message again...Way to make some ody feelike a valued customer..
